Among other restrictions - an interdiction for smoking in establishments of public health services and sports establishments. And at restaurants and bars zones for smokers should be entered special, isolated. And deputies have not forgotten about themselves. Герасименко has reminded that the measures connected with restriction of a tobacco smoking, Russia should accept within the limits of realisation of the convention of the All-Russia organisation of public health services on restriction of smoking of tobacco.
Earlier the government has introduced the bill which means the accelerated growth of excises on alcohol and tobacco production in the State Duma. The document assumes increase since 2010 of the rate of the excise on cigarettes with the filter on 41 %. In 2011 the excise again will grow - on 22 %, and in 2012 - on 23 %. The excise rate Even more should increase by cigarettes without the filter - on 67 % in 2010, on 39 % - in 2011 and on 42 % - in 2012.
